Shipping Policy — Aafiyah Botanicals

Where we ship

  • Australia-wide via Sendle (carbon-neutral door-to-door courier).

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (Sendle can’t deliver to them). If you require a PO Box delivery, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange an alternative service.

Processing & dispatch times

  • Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on the way. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping options & rates

  • Free AU shipping on orders $100+ (after discounts, before shipping).

  • Standard: shown at checkout (typically 2–8 business days depending on your location).

  • Express / Priority (if available to your address): shown at checkout with the current price and estimated timeframe.

  • Remote/rural addresses may take longer. If a courier surcharge applies to your address, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

The checkout always shows the most accurate rate for your address and order weight/size.

Authority to Leave (ATL) & delivery

  • Sendle may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home (ATL).

  • If no suitable safe place is found, the driver may attempt redelivery or take the parcel to a local collection point (as per Sendle’s process).

  • Once a parcel is delivered to the address provided, risk passes to the recipient. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Incorrect addresses & returned parcels

  • If an address is incomplete/incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we’re happy to re-ship; a new shipping charge will apply.

  • Please double-check unit numbers, company names, and access instructions.

Tracking & support

  • Track using the link in your shipping email.

  • If your order appears delayed (beyond the estimated window), contact us with your order number and we’ll open a courier investigation.

  • Damaged items: let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and product so we can help promptly.

  • Lost parcels: report within 30 days of dispatch so we can lodge a claim.

Pre-orders & backorders (if applicable)

  • Items marked “Pre-order” ship on the date shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together on the later date (to reduce packaging and emissions). If you need split shipping, contact us—additional postage may apply.

Order changes & cancellations

  • We can usually edit or cancel an order before it’s fulfilled. Once packed or dispatched, changes aren’t possible.

Sustainability

  • We ship with Sendle’s carbon-neutral delivery and use minimal/recyclable packing materials wherever possible.
